Agency Services

Fidelity House provides services in the three complementary areas necessary to empower individuals with disabilities to live a better life – family, home and community.

Our Children and Family Services group assists individuals with disabilities, from the age of three through adulthood, and their families. It provides home-based and community-based services, which are designed to complement each family member’s unique strengths and to empower independent choices.

Our Residential Services group assists individuals 22 years of age and older, providing nurturing home environments, while encouraging choice, community involvement and individual independence.
