On Wednesday, December 5th, the 47th Fidelity House Annual Meeting took place at the Andover Country Club. More than 140 staff and supporters gathered to celebrate another successful year of supporting individuals with disabilities to lead a rich and meaningful life. We have a large number of employees who have been with the organization for many years and this meeting was an opportunity to recognize and appreciate them. Three employees were awarded individually for their exceptional efforts, going above and beyond to live our mission each and every day.

Enelida Beltran, Program Assistant for our Phillips Crossing residential home, was awarded the yearly John F. Wallace Award for her “care and support of individual’s efforts to become part of their community and assists them to become contributing members to the extent possible.”

The Spotlight award was presented to Cheryl Bundzinski, Program Director for our Seven Sisters residential home, for her collaborative approach to problem-solving and her strong advocacy for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

New this year, the Mary J. Ede Creativity and Compassion Award was presented to Lisa Soucy, Program Assistant for our Haverhill 598 residential home, for her “continuous demonstration of support, respect and guidance to individuals served by Fidelity House so that they are able to navigate their community and thrive within it.”

Additionally, we were fortunate to have Rob Surette, artist and motivational speaker present his show Amazing Hero Art for us. Rob generously allowed us to auction off one of his paintings and even donated another to our Spring Fling event!
