National Disability Employment Awareness Month – October, is a time to learn about disability employment issues and how we can help. It is also a time for celebration and recognition of all the contributions of individuals with disabilities have made to the US workforce. This national effort, celebrated annually, is lead by U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy who have deemed this years theme, “America’s Workforce: Empowering All.”
