March 18, 2020  IMPORTANT Day Services Update Regarding COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 coronavirus, and the extensive regional impacts and for the long-term health and safety of all our clients, the decision was made to temporarily close all Fidelity House CRC Day Services Programs to program participants (individuals/clients) effective Monday March 16th. This closure will remain in effect through at least April 7th.

In accordance with state and federal guidelines, we’ve implemented new procedures across the organization and will continue to do so as the situation evolves. You can see a detailed response for each program on our website:

Also, please watch your email and our Facebook page for ongoing updates and announcements related to this situation.

Erica Mawby-Roche, VP of Day and Employment Services,

Life skills and employment skills for adults with disabilities.

We provide day services that promote independence and full immersion in the community for people with disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, learning disabilities, and brain injuries.

The programs are goal-oriented and focus in on life skills and employment skills. Clinical interventions such as nursing, physical & occupational therapy, speech/language therapy, and behavioral supports are available, if needed, in combination with our daily activities. Two or more services may be combined to create a meaningful program, tailored to the needs and interests of each individual.

Day services are based at our 22 Parkridge Rd location in Haverhill, Massachusetts and typically run from 8:30am-2:30pm.

Fidelity House CRC offers a three day programs:

Community Based Day Supports (CBDS) provides a wide array of daily skill-building activities out in the community. For more information about CBDS, please visit our Community Based Day Supports page.

Day Habilitation focuses on skill development in many areas. For more information about Day “Hab,” please visit our Day Habilitation page.
