Arts and Crafts Night

DESCRIPTION: Art therapy is a form of expression that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The creative process can help people to resolve issues as well as develop and manage their behaviors and feelings and reduce stress. Come join us at the FHHS office to let your creativity run wild! Materials will be provided to inspire any artistic idea you have.
