A Home Care Provider is an individual or family who can provide a home and daily support for an adult with developmental disabilities. Fidelity House CRC is seeking home care providers located in the Lawrence, Andover, North Andover, Haverhill, Methuen and surrounding communities.

How It Works:

Providers receive a tax-free stipend for meeting program requirements:

• A bedroom and meals
• Assistance with activities of daily living such as laundry, personal care, and shopping
• Transportation to medical appointments and activities

You’re not alone! All home care providers have a case manager that visits monthly. Safety training and access to nursing support and consultation is provided, as well as connections with numerous community resources.
