On August 6^th, nine individuals from Fidelity House community residences participated in a musical performance at the Real School of Music in Andover. They performed two original numbers in musical theatre style for a sell-out crowd of family members, staff, donors and special guests. The evening was the culmination of a unique five-week adaptive music program focused on collaborative song writing and was funded in part by donations received in memory of Jay McKenna, our beloved CFO who passed away in May. Several members of Jay’s family were able to attend the performance where they saw Jay’s enthusiasm for music and songwriting carried forward. Many thanks go to Wanda Gomez, Fidelity House Senior Program Director, Kelly Surrette of Reach 4 Real Adaptive Music and numerous staff members for making this program a success.
