DESCRIPTION: Beverly McGovern, Regional Self-Direction Manager for the Northeast, will be at Fidelity House CRC to discuss the Agency With Choice (AWC) Program, Self-Directed Service Delivery Options for those turning 22 and transitioning from children’s to adult services.

Learn how self-directed services can help you. Self-direction gives people the opportunity to use their allotted DDS budget to customize and direct supports that meet their specific needs. The AWC model gives people the opportunity to use their DDS budget to partner with Fidelity House CRC or other provider organizations.
