Young Adult Exploratory Art Course

DESCRIPTION: Art therapy is a form of expression that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The creative process can help people to resolve issues as well as develop and manage their behaviors and feelings and reduce stress. Join us at a new location!
Must be able to manage in a group with one staff person for every four participants or be accompanied by a parent, guardian or respite provider.
AGE LEVEL: 15 and up
