Vocational Services

Employment in the community.

Fidelity House CRC offers skills assessments, vocational training, job placements and ongoing job coaching support to people with a broad range of disabilities. We partner with local organizations and businesses to provide training and employment opportunities designed to help people achieve their career goals.

For more information about employment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, funded by the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services, please visit our Supported Employment page.

For more information on employment for adults with physical, mental health or learning disabilities, funded by Massachusetts Rehabilitation Commission, please visit our Vocational Rehabilitation page.

For more information on pre-employment training for teens and young adults, age 14-22, who are currently enrolled in high school or post-secondary school and have a documented disability such as an Individual Education Plan or 504 plan or a diagnosis of a specific disability, please visit our Youth Employment page.

For more information about one-to-one employment counseling for military veterans with barriers to employment, please visit Waypoint Careers or contact us at 978-374-9122.

Whatever a person’s disability or challenges may be, we recognize that each person has different strengths, interests, and backgrounds. We honor those differences. When it comes to employment in the community, we encourage each person to take advantage of our many learning experiences and to move beyond their perceived limitations.

If you are part of a local business or nonprofit organization and would like to become a job placement site, please visit For Employers or contact emawby-roche@fidelityhhs.org to learn more.

  • Thank you to everyone at Fidelity House for making it a great vacation week …the field trips and so many opportunities to connect with other families for friendship.
