LOCATION: Fidelity House Human Services, 439 S. Union St #401, Lawrence MA 01843

RESGISTRATION FEE: No Charge

DESCRIPTION: 1 – 2 Sentences about program/event and if there is anything attendees need to bring.

Supportive group of parents and guardians meet weekly to discuss issues related to individuals with developmental disabilities and to listen to speakers on a variety of topics.

AGE LEVEL: Not applicable

OPEN TO: 

To qualify for Latino Services, there are 3 pre-requisites:

1. A letter of eligibility from the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS).

2. Residence in one of the following Merrimack Valley communities:

Amesbury, Groveland, Methuen, Rowley, Andover, Haverhill, Newbury, Salisbury, Boxford, Lawrence, Newburyport, West Newbury , Georgetown, Merrimac, North Andover

3. Referral from the Massachusetts Department of Developmental Services (DDS). Please contact your DDS Service Coordinator for information on referral to the Latino Medical Program or contact the Fidelity House Family Support Center at 978-685-9471 or familysupportcenter@fidelityhhs.org.
